This Privacy Policy describes how tiRinnovo ("we"), developed by tiRinnovo, accesses, uses, stores and discloses information, including Google user data, when you use our SaaS renovation assistant. The use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including usage limitations.
Information We Access and Use
We access your Google Calendar data, including event titles, descriptions, dates, times, participants and calendar lists.
How We Use Your Google Calendar Data
We access and use your Google Calendar data exclusively for the following purposes:
- To display planned activities at construction sites and general planning within our app, providing a unified view of your commitments. This allows you to see your existing commitments alongside renovation project activities.
- To create and insert new renovation activities, milestones and scheduled events directly into your Google Calendar. This enables seamless project planning and management directly from our application.
The use of this data is strictly limited to delivering and improving the core planning and activity management features of our SaaS renovation assistant, which are visible and prominent in the application user interface. We do not use this data for advertising purposes, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. We do not allow people to read your Google user data unless you have provided explicit consent to view specific messages, files or other data.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties for purposes other than those explicitly provided by our service, except as required by law, for security reasons (e.g., abuse investigations), or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of developer assets, subject to explicit user authorization. Any internal transfers of Google user data are strictly limited to what is necessary to provide and improve user-facing features of our SaaS renovation assistant.
Data Retention and Storage
We do not persistently store Google Calendar event data on our servers. All calendar data is accessed in real-time from Google Calendar for viewing and creating activities. Any temporary data processed for viewing or creating activities is not retained beyond the session necessary to fulfill the user's request. We retain other personal information for a period consistent with our business purposes and legal obligations. Upon expiration of the retention period for a particular type of data, it will be deleted or destroyed.
Data Security
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information during transmission and storage.
Your Data Rights and Management
You can manage or revoke our access to your Google Calendar data at any time through your Google Account settings. To request deletion of any associated data stored by our application, please contact us at info.tirinnovo@gmail.com.
