Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. You don't need one for the 12 free months. We only ask for it if you want to continue afterwards.
How do you check the registration date?
We check when your VAT number was registered. If we can't verify it, we ask you for a document that shows the date.
Can I invite collaborators, contractors and clients?
Yes. As in the Pro plan, you get 2 full access users and unlimited free guests.
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
The account becomes read-only and you have 90 days to export everything. We email you before any data is deleted.
